9/11 at Derek Erdman's Intern'tnl House of Paintings
Tomorrow is the opening of Derek Erdman's International House of Paintings in Seattle. To kick it off he is hosting a 9/11 themed group show. I was invited to make a piece for the show. Please come and support the day that spawned the phrase "TOO SOON!!". Bring phallic shaped foods to reenact this historical event in poor taste!

Seattle Weekly Levon Helm Tribute
Did a comic a while back illustrating The Band's song The Weight. Seattle Weekly used it for their Levon Helm tribute!

Folk Life Seattle
Folk Life came and went over Memorial Day Weekend. It was remarkable. So many people frolicking, dancing, contracting disease via bare feet, playing music for change, lining up for Ben & Jerry's, letting it all hang out, meandering, wandering, stinking and selling. Basically a perfect opportunity for some drawing research!

Punk Rock Singers
The commentary on Tumblr is hilarious. Someone suggested that the Melt Banana singer is missing! Melt Banana!!!
Park City, UT
A sketch from our trip back to SLC for xmas. Went up to Park City in search of snow. Unfortunately and oddly, there wasn't any up there either - except for a mound of brown stuff. This is the trip where I discovered Rotring Rapidograph pens, thanks to my dear old grandad.
